颅内透明细胞脑膜瘤椎管转移1例并文献复习

Intravertebral metastasis of intracranial clear cell meningioma:a case report and literature review

目的探讨透明细胞型脑膜瘤(CCM)的MRI特征,以提高对该肿瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析1例经病理证实的CCM病人的MRI表现,并复习相关文献。结果MRI平扫显示颅内及腰椎管内CCM均呈囊实性,病灶呈“石榴”状,边界清楚,T1WI呈等信号,T2WI呈低或稍高信号;DWI呈等信号;增强扫描病变实性部分明显强化。结论CCM的MRI影像表现具有特征性,认识这些特征有利于诊断。

Objective This study aimed to investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)characteristics of clear cell meningioma(CCM),with the goal of enhancing our understanding of this tumor.Methods The MRI manifestations of a pathologically confirmed case of CCM were retrospectively analyzed,and a comprehensive review of relevant literature was conducted.Results The MRI plain scan revealed that CCM in the intracranial and lumbar canal exhibited a cystic-solid appearance,forming a distinctive“pomegranate”shape with clear boundaries.T1WI demonstrated isointensity,while T2WI showed hypo-or mild hyperimtensity,and DWI demonstrated isointensity.Additionally,the contrast-enhanced scan revealed significant enhancement of the solid component of the lesion.Conclusion The MRI manifestations of CCM display characteristic features.A thorough understanding of these characteristics is crucial for improving the diagnosis of CCM.
