华为运动健康APP融入高校体育课内外一体化教学:理念到实践 被引量:1

On Integrated Teaching by Using HUAWEI Health Application in College Physical Education:from Theory to Practice

摘要 采用文献分析和逻辑归纳方法分析当前高校体育教学存在的问题、华为运动健康APP融入高校体育教学的可行性,并根据实践个案提出持续性融入的建议。研究发现:当前高校体育教学存在的主要问题表现为供给侧的课堂教学与需求侧的学生多元需求和生涯体育之间的错位,课外体育活动的总体无序化与课余训练竞赛的精英化;华为运动健康APP应用于体育教学的可行性在于可实现运动内容生活化、教师课外体育指导低成本、学生自主锻炼科学化和师生交流多样化。 Using literature analysis and logical induction methods,this paper analyzes the existing problems in physical education teaching in colleges and universities,explores the feasibility of integrating Huawei's sports and health software into physical education teaching,and proposes recommendations for sustainable integration based on practice cases.The research finds that the main problems in current physical education teaching in colleges include the mismatch between supply-side classroom teaching and the diverse needs of students and career sports on the demand side,as well as the overall disorder of extracurricular sports activities and the elitism of after-school training and competitions.The feasibility of applying Huawei's sports and health software in physical education teaching lies in its ability to achieve a life-oriented approach to sports,low-cost extracurricular sports guidance for teachers,students’scientific self-guided exercise,and diversified communication between teachers and students.
