摘要
模具的使用寿命受多种因素影响,因此可能会提前失效,导致使用寿命缩短。[1]最常见的失效形式多为塑性变形、磨损和疲劳断裂等。本文以瓶装模具作为研究对象,从模具材料化学成分、金相组织、硬度检测等方面探讨模具的失效机理,发现影响模具使用寿命的并不全是物理反应,也有化学反应。细微处的不注意往往会造成严重的损失,企业的良性发展不能放松任何一个环节。并从企业现实出发,给出相应避免模具失效的解决措施。
The service life of the mold is affected by a variety of factors,so it may fail prematurely,resulting in a shorter service life.The most common forms of failure are mostly plastic deformation,wear and fatigue fracture.This paper takes the bottle mold as the research object,and explores the failure mechanism of the mold from the aspects of mold material chemical composition,metallographic organization and hardness testing.It is found that it is not all physical reaction that affects the service life of the mold,but also chemical reaction.Subtle problems often cause serious losses,and the benign development of the enterprise can not relax any part of the process.We have to start from the reality of the enterprise and give the corresponding solution measures to avoid the failure of the mold.
