摘要
本文旨在研究不同硫化体系对氢化丁腈橡胶力学性能的影响,主要研究4种硫化体系,DCP硫化体系,DCP和S并用硫化体系,双25硫化体系,S硫化体系,研究结果表明:DCP作为HNBR硫化剂,硫化胶力学性能最好,老化后力学性能保持率较高;DCP和S并用作为HNBR硫化剂,硫化胶力学性能较好,但耐老化性能相对较差,老化性能保持率有所降低;双25作为HNBR硫化剂,硫化胶力学性能较好,老化后力学性能保持率较高,S作为HNBR硫化剂,硫化胶力学性能相对较差,耐老化性能较差。
This article aims to investigate the effects of different vulcanization systems on the mechanical properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber,mainly studying four vulcanization systems:DCP vulcanization system,DCP and S combined vulcanization system,double 25 vulcanization system,and S vulcanization system.The research results indicate that DCP,as a HNBR vulcanizing agent,has the best mechanical properties of the vulcanizate,with a higher retention rate of mechanical properties after aging;When DCP and S are used together as HNBR vulcanizing agents,the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate are good,but the aging resistance is relatively poor,and the retention rate of aging performance is reduced;Double 25,as a HNBR vulcanizing agent,has good mechanical properties of the vulcanizate and a high retention rate of mechanical properties after aging.As a HNBR vulcanizing agent,S has relatively poor mechanical properties and poor aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber.
