摘要
通过建立主轴部件的有限元模型,分析了LCY1520型第一段成型机主轴的静刚度,并通过样条插值的方法计算了主轴支承跨距的变化对主轴端部挠度的影响。通过本文的计算分析,为后续的设备改进提供了参考思路。
This article analyzes the static stiffness of the spindle of the LCY1520 first stage forming machine by establishing a finite element model of the spindle components,and calculates the influence of the change in spindle support span on the end deflection of the spindle using spline interpolation method.Through the calculation and analysis in this article,reference ideas are provided for subsequent equipment improvement.
