杂交构树叶对产蛋初期大午金凤蛋鸡生产性能、肠组织形态和消化酶活性及其血清抗氧化和生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera Leaves on Production Performance,Intestinal Tissue Morphology,Digestive Enzyme Activity and Serum Antioxidant and Biochemical Indexes of Dawu Golden Phoenix Laying Hens at Early Laying Stage

摘要 该试验旨在探究1.5%~8%杂交构树叶替代产蛋初期大午金凤蛋鸡基础饲粮中部分玉米豆粕后对其生产性能、肠组织形态和消化酶活性、血清抗氧化和生化指标的影响。选取147日龄的大午金凤蛋鸡540只,随机分成6组(每组6个重复,每个重复15只),分别饲喂含有0、1.5%、2.5%、3.5%、4.5%和8%杂交构树叶替饲比的基础饲粮。7 d预试期后,以每个重复为单位在正试期(共56 d)内统计蛋鸡每日的生产性能,正试期结束时测定蛋鸡的肠组织形态和消化酶活性及其血清抗氧化和生化指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,各处理组均能极显著降低蛋鸡血清中总抗氧化能力(P<0.01);1.5%组极显著提高了蛋鸡血清中总蛋白含量(P<0.01);2.5%组极显著提高蛋鸡血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.01)、无机磷含量和淀粉酶活性(P<0.01);3.5%组可有效改善蛋鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肠组织形态,极显著提高十二指肠中淀粉酶的活性(P<0.01);4.5%组降低了蛋鸡死淘率、料蛋比、畸形蛋率和提高产蛋率、平均蛋重、合格蛋率的效果最佳,且能极显著提高蛋鸡十二指肠中胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性以及血清中葡萄糖含量(P<0.01);8%组极显著提高蛋鸡血清中总胆红素含量(P<0.01)。适宜替饲比例的杂交构树叶能较好地改善蛋鸡的肠组织形态,提高蛋鸡的生产性能和消化酶活性及其血清抗氧化和生化指标,替饲比为3.5%~4.5%综合效果最佳,最适宜在生产中应用。 The aim of this experiment was to explore the effects of 1.5%-8%hybrid Broussonetia papyr⁃ifera leaves on the production performance,intesti⁃nal tissue morphology,digestive enzyme activity,serum antioxidant and biochemical indexes after replacing part of corn and soybean meal in the ba⁃sic diet of Dawu Golden Phoenix laying hens at the early stage of laying eggs.At the end of 147 day old,tatol of 540 Dawu Golden Phoenix laying hens were selected,which were randomly divided into six groups(each group has six replicates,with 15 hens per replicate):fed them with basic diets con⁃taining 0,1.5%,2.5%,3.5%,4.5%,and 8%hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves replacement ratios,re⁃spectively.After the 7-day pre-test period,the daily production performance of the laying hens was counted with the unit of repetition during the formal test period(a total of 56 days).At the end of the for⁃mal test period,the intestinal tissue morphology,digestive enzyme activity,and serum antioxidant and biochemica indexes of laying hens were measured.The results showed that:compered with the control grouop,all experimental groups were able to significantly reduce the total antioxidant capacity in the se⁃rum of laying hens(P<0.01);1.5%group can significantly increase the total protein in the serum of lay⁃ing hens(P<0.01);2.5%group can significantly increase the malonaldehyde,amylase and inorganic phos⁃phorus values in the serum of laying hens(P<0.01);3.5%group can effectively improve the morphology of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of laying hens,and can significantly increase the activity of amylase in duodenum(P<0.01);the effect of 4.5%group is the best to reduce the mortality rate,feed to egg ratio,abnormal egg rate,and increase the laying rate,average egg weight,and qualified egg rate,and can sig⁃nificantly increase the activities of trypsin,chymotrypsin,and lipase in the duodenum of laying hens(P<0.01),as well as the glucose value in serum;the total bilirubin value in serum of laying hens was signifi⁃cantly increased by 8%group.The appropriate replacement feeding ratio of hybrid Broussonetia papyr⁃ifera leaves can effectively improve the intestinal tissue morphology,production performance,digestive enzyme activity,serum antioxidant and biochemical indexes of laying hens.The replacement feeding ratio of 3.5%-4.5%has the best comprehensive effect and is most suitable for application in production.
