积极的底层行动者:数字无产者的形成及其对数字空间的重塑

Active Grassroots Actors:the Formation of Digital Proletarians and the Reshaping of Digital Space

数字经济下,平台中规模巨大的底层数字劳动者的劳动境遇及其发展关系着数字经济高质量发展与数字社会团结。从平台“草根”直播劳动过程可以看出,“无内容”“无产品”“无流量”的底层主播的劳动过程生产了低端的数字空间。数字劳动生产的空间化促成了数字无产者的形成,同时积蓄了重塑空间正义的社会力量。生产过程的空间重叠、生产关系的空间分离以及数字劳动分工共同塑造了“数字茧房”,劳动者在空间实践中完成了数字空间再生产,这一过程也使劳动者自身无意识地成为“数字无产者”。数字无产者争取空间正义的实践也积蓄着“破茧成蝶”的力量,重构消费性、社会性与历史性的表征空间是实现底层数字劳动正义的重要策略。

In the digital economy,the labor situation and development of the large-scale grassroots digital workers on the platform are closely related to the high-quality development of the digital economy and the unity of the digital society.Through the digital process of grassroots labors’live streaming on the platform,it shows that the labor process of grassroots anchors with“no content”,“no product”,and“no flow”produces low-quality digital space.The spatialization of digital labor production has facilitated the formation of digital proletarians,while also accumulating social forces in space to reshape spatial justice.The spatial overlap of production processes,the spatial separation of production relations,and the extension of the digital division of labor space form a“digital cocoon”.Laborers complete the reproduction of digital space in spatial practice,which also makes them unconsciously become“digital proletarians”.The digital proletarians also accumulate the power of“breaking the digital cocoon”in their practice of striving for spatial justice.Reconstructing consuming,social,and historical representation spaces is an important strategy to address the challenge of grassroots digital labor justice.
