双螺旋驱动的智能制造专业群“三体系融合”人才培养模式研究

摘要 在我国制造业产业转移与智能制造升级的形势下,针对欠发达地区智能制造人才培养面临人才技术技能培养对接不强、创新能力脱节、职业素养不对等的问题,基于产教融合与社会服务双螺旋驱动理论,构建了“三梯队,三递进,三对接”的现代学徒制培育体系、“三课程二阵地一平台”的创新能力培育体系、“四维三课二化一心”的职业素养培育体系相互融合的“三体系融合”人才培养模式。通过实践,实现了人才培养的实用性、实时性、实效性,形成承接产业转移地区智能制造升级环境下可推广的智能制造专业群人才培养模式。 Under the situation of China's manufacturing industry transfer and intelligent manufacturing upgrading,in view of the problems faced by the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing talents in underdeveloped areas,such as weak connection of talent technical skill cultivation,disconnection of innovation ability and unequal professional quality.Based on the double helix driving theory of industry education integration and social service,this paper puts forward the"three system integration"talents training mode of mutual integration of the modern apprenticeship training system of"three echelons,three stages and three docking",the innovation ability training system of"three courses,two positions and one platform"and the professional quality training system of"four-dimensional,three courses,two integration and one mind".Through practice,the practicability,real-time and effectiveness of talent training are realized,and a talent training mode of intelligent manufacturing professional group that can be popularized under the environment of intelligent manufacturing upgrading in areas undertaking industrial transfer is formed.
