基于“岗课赛证”融通的财会类课程教学改革研究——以初级会计实务课程为例

摘要 “岗课赛证”综合育人模式要求职业教育将“岗”“赛”“证”与“课”相融,其中课程是核心,融通是关键。围绕“岗课赛证”融通,文章提出加强校企合作、发挥协同优势,助力“课岗”融通、“课赛”融通、“课证”融通的实现,并以初级会计实务课程为例,探讨财会类课程教学改革的思路与实现路径,以期培养符合新时代发展需求的高素质技能人才。 The comprehensive education concept of"Position Course Competition Certificate"requires vocational education to integrate"position","competition"and"certificate"into"course",in which course is the core and integration is the key.Focusing on the"Position Course Competition Certificate"integration,the article proposes to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,give play to the collaborative advantages,and help the realization of the position course integration,course competition integration,and course certificate integration.Taking the"Primary Accounting Practice"course as an example,the article discusses the ideas and implementation path of the teaching reform of accounting courses in higher vocational colleges,with a view to cultivating highquality skilled talents meeting the development needs of the new era.
