摘要
目的:探讨利用全自动分离法改良计量模式在提升血浆利用率中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年12月—2022年11月符合《献血者健康检查要求》(2012版)献血者500例为研究对象,根据时间分为对照组(2021年12月—2022年5月)和观察组(2022年6月—2022年11月),每组250例。对照组采用手工计量模式,观察组利用全自动分离法改良计量模式。比较两组血浆利用率、工作时效、血浆计量符合率。结果:观察组血浆利用率及血浆计量符合率高于对照组,工作时效短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全自动分离法改良计量模式有助于提升血浆利用率,缩短工作时效。
Objective:To explore the application effect of automatic separation in improving the utilization rate of plasma.Method:A total of 500 blood donors who met the health examination requirements for blood donors(2012 edition)were selected from December 2021 to November 2022 and divided into control group(n=250,December 2021 to May 2022)and observation group(n=250,June 2022 to November 2022).The control group adopted manual measurement mode,and the observation group adopted automatic separation method to improve the measurement mode.The utilization rate of plasma,working aging and consistency rate of plasma measurement were compared between the two groups.Results:The utilization rate and consistency rate of plasma measurement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the working time was shorter than control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved metering mode of automatic separation method is helpful to improve the utilization rate of plasma and shorten the working aging.
