摘要
以烯丙基封端脂肪醇醚(AEO_(n)A,n=2,5,7)为原料,通过SO_(3)膜式磺化工艺、中和、水解制备了具有不同EO加合数的醇醚磺酸盐(AE_(n)SO)。研究了EO加合数对AE_(n)SO物化性能(平衡表面张力、动态表面张力)及应用性能(泡沫性能、润湿性能、去污性能、耐盐耐碱性能和界面张力)的影响。结果显示:随着EO加合数的增加,降低表面张力的能力降低,润湿性能、泡沫性能、去污性能变差。但EO数的增加提高了AE_(n)SO的耐盐性和耐碱性。此外,还研究了NaCl浓度对AE_(n)SO溶液与正癸烷之间界面张力的影响。在相同的盐浓度下,具有较短EO链的AE_(n)SO表现出较低的界面张力。
Using allyl-terminated fatty alcohol ether(AEO_(n) A,n=2,5,7) as raw material,alcohol ether sulfonates(AE_(n)SO) with different EO addition numbers were prepared by S0_(3) membrane sulfonation process,neutralization and hydrolysis.The effects of EO addition number on the physicochemical properties(equilibrium surface tension,dynamic surface tension) and application properties(foam properties,wetting properties,decontamination properties,salt and alkali resistance and interfacial tension) of AE_(n)SO were studied.The results showed that with the increase of EO addition number,the ability to reduce surface tension decreases,and the wettability,foam performance and decontamination performance became worse.However,the increase of EO number significantly improved the salt and alkali resistance of AE_(n)SO.In addition,the effect of NaCl concentration on the interfacial tension between AE_(n)SO solution and n-decane was also studied.At the same salt concentration,AE_(n)SO with shorter EO chain showed lower interfacial tension.These results showed that the performance of the product could be adjusted by changing the number of EO groups.
