新一代信息技术产业绿色创新效率测度及区域差异研究——基于重大国家战略区域视角

Research on the Efficiency Measurement and Regional Differences of Green Innovation in the New Generation Information Technology Industry:Based on the Regional Perspective of Major National Strategic Regions

在区域重大发展战略和区域协调发展战略的背景下,考察重大国家战略区域新一代信息技术产业绿色创新效率的态势及其空间差异,对于全面协同提升我国新一代信息技术产业绿色创新效率具有重要意义。运用超效率EBM模型综合测度了2011—2020年重大国家战略区域新一代信息技术产业的绿色创新效率,并借助Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法全面考察绿色创新效率的区域差异及其来源。研究发现,样本考察期内各省份新一代信息技术产业绿色创新效率水平呈明显的上升态势,“十三五”期间,多数地区新一代信息技术产业的绿色创新效率相比“十二五”期间均有所提升;重大国家战略区域新一代信息技术产业绿色创新效率的空间差异呈下降趋势,总体差异主要来源于区域间差异。

In the context of major regional development strategies and regional coordinated development strategies,this paper accurately examined the dynamics of green innovation efficiency of new generation information technology industry in major national strategic regions and its spatial differences,which is of great significance for the comprehensive and coordinated improvement of green innovation efficiency of China's new generation information technology industry.This paper employed the super-efficiency EBM model to comprehensively measure the green innovation efficiency of new-generation information technology industry in major national strategic regions from 2011 to 2020,and comprehensively examined the regional differences in green innovation efficiency and its sources with the help of Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method.It is found that the green innovation efficiency of new-generation IT industry in each province during the sample period shows an obvious upward trend,and the green innovation efficiency of new-generation IT industry in most regions has increased during the 13th Five-Year Plan period compared with the 12th Five-Year Plan period.The spatial differences of green innovation efficiency of new generation IT industry in major national strategic regions show a decreasing trend,and the overall differences mainly come from inter-regional differences.
