湖北省物流业碳排放驱动因素及脱钩效应分析

Analysis of Driving Factors and Decoupling Effects of Carbon Emission from the Logistics Industry in Hubei Province

文章运用LMDI分析法对湖北省2010—2020年物流业碳排放驱动因素进行分析,并采用DPSIR脱钩模式测算碳排放量的脱钩指数后,对湖北省物流业碳排放量脱钩效果进行研究。结果表明,虽然经济发展水平对湖北省物流业碳排放量存在着重要的推动作用,但能源消耗效率的提升对物流碳排放强度起到了抑制作用。湖北省物流业碳排放与社会经济生产存在脱钩现象,并呈现出明显的阶段特征;在脱钩程度转变过程中,能耗效率效应起到了重要影响。据此提出推动湖北省物流业低碳化发展的政策建议。

The LMDI analytical method is used to analyze the driving factors of carbon emissions from the logistics industry in Hubei Province from 2010 to 2020,and the decoupling index of carbon emissions is calculated based on the DPSIR decoupling model to study the decoupling effect of carbon emissions from the logistics industry in Hubei Province.The results show that although economic development plays an important role in promoting the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in Hubei Province,the energy consumption efficiency effect has a restraining effect on the intensity of logistics carbon emissions.There is a decoupling in the carbon emissions from the logistics industry and socio-economic production in Hubei Province,and it shows obvious stage characteristics;the energy consumption efficiency effect plays a key role in shifting the degree of decoupling.Accordingly,policy suggestions are put forward to promote the low-carbon development of the logistics industry in Hubei Province.
