摘要
为了设计出与人体的头面部贴合度更高的防护头罩,采集青年女性头面部的尺寸及三维形态,统计分析女性头面部形态的主要特征因子,进一步对人体头、面部进行聚类分类。选择占比最多的头型和脸型,进行三维头部模型的拟合,在此基础上,应用三维软件的展平功能完成头面部的原型样板,为贴合度更高的女性防护头罩设计提供更为准确的原型参考。
In order to design a protective headgear with a higher degree of fit with the head and face of the human body,the size and three-dimensional shape of young female head and face were collected,and the main characteristic factors of female head and face shape were statistically analyzed.The head and face of human body were further classified by clustering.The head and face shapes with the largest proportion were selected to fit the 3D head model.On this basis,the flattening function of 3D software was applied to complete the prototype of the head and face.This study provides more accurate prototype reference for the design of female protective headgear with higher fitting degree.
