USTER RSO 3D质量控制系统的生产实践

摘要 在不同材料的差异化纱线生产过程中,按照同电清工艺,将开通与未开通USTER RSO 3D系统的络筒机切疵情况进行了对比实验,以探究USTER RSO 3D环锭纺纱优化系统在纺纱质量改善方面的作用。生产实践显示,USTER RSO 3D系统能够提供一个质量控制的闭环,减少质量不良管纱的产生,降低络筒切疵10%以上,纱线报警减少50%以上,坏纱剔纱减少80%以上,提高了工作效率。 According to the same electric clearing process,a comparative experiment was conducted on the winding machine cutting defects with and without the USTER RSO 3D system to explore the role of the USTER RSO 3D ring spinning optimization system in improving spinning quality in the process of differentiated yarn production of different materials.The production practice shows a closed loop of quality control was provided by the USTER RSO 3D system,the number of poor quality tube yarns was reduced,the winding defects were reduced by more than 10%,the yarn alarm was reduced by more than 50%,the bad yarn picking was reduced by more than 80%,the work efficiency was improved.
