基于“U-E-G”模式的新工科专业硕士工程实践能力培养研究与实践——以环境工程专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前专业硕士培养学术化、实践锻炼不足及行业特色不明显等问题,在新工科背景下,契合专业学位研究生教育发展方案要求,以环境工程专业为例,构建了专业硕士培养“1+0.5+1+0.5”时间分配模式,通过调整培养方案、融入多学科内容、夯实理论基础、结合学校及专业自身行业优势、将“环化、环矿”相结合、与职业资格衔接,凝练形成了多专业方向特色模块,提出基于“大学-企业-政府”(U-E-G)三位一体的专业硕士培养模式,构建了稳定的实践基地平台,并以项目为载体,通过“8+1”师生配比指导模式,充实了工程实践环节,强化了实践能力培养,且在培养学生的同时完善了“双导师”队伍,改革了专业硕士学位论文的单一形式,企业导师全过程参与,探索形成了强化工程实践能力培养和彰显行业特色的订单式人才培养模式,以培养高层次应用型专门人才,为环境工程专业硕士的培养提供了参考。 In view of the current problems including the academic training of masters of professional degree,insufficient practical training and inconspicuous industrial characteristics,in this study,taking environmen-tal engineering as a specific example,based on the requirements of education and development program of professional degree graduates under the background of new engineering,we constructed"1+0.5+1+0.5"time allocation mode of professional master training.By adjusting training scheme,integrating multidiscipli-nary content,and consolidating theoretical foundation,we realized the combination of"environment and chemistry"and"environment and mining"by combining the industrial advantages of the university and the major,which can connect with the professional qualification and induce the characteristic modules of multi-major directions.We proposed the stable practice platforms based on the"university-enterprise-government"(U-E-G)trinity training mode.Taking the project as the carrier,we implemented the engi-neering practice link through the practice guidance mode of"8+i"ratio of teachers and students and strengthened the training of practical ability of students.Besides,we improved the"double tutor"team while cultivating students.Furthermore,we reformed the single form of the thesis of professional masters with the participation of mentors in the whole process.We explored the order-based training mode with strengthened training of engineering practice ability and highlighted industrial characteristics.This study can provide reference for the cultivation of masters of environmental engineering professional degree with high-level practice ability.
