一种新的超弹性本构模型用户材料子程序开发

摘要 橡胶超弹性本构模型不仅可对橡胶在工程中的应用提供理论指导,还可进一步将本构关系写入有限元中用于仿真模拟。为此提出了一个新的超弹性本构模型,该模型能够较好地拟合三类拉伸实验数据,并基于所提出的本构模型开发ABAQUS用户材料子程序UMAT。将所开发的子程序用于三类拉伸实验有限元仿真,对比仿真结果和本构模型的理论值可以发现,两者间只存在细微误差,表明所开发的子程序能够契合本构模型的力学描述。 The hyperelastic constitutive model of rubber can provide theoretical guidance for the application of rubber in engineering,and can further write the constitutive relation into finite element for simulation.In this paper,a new hyperelastic constitutive model was proposed,which can fit three kinds of tensile experimental data well,and based on the proposed constitutive model,the ABAQUS user material subroutine UMAT was developed.The developed subroutine has been used in three kinds of finite element simulation of tensile experiments.By comparing the simulation results with the theoretical values of the constitutive model,it found that there is only a slight error between them,which indicates that the developed subroutine can be matched by the mechanical description of the constitutive model.
