摘要
继电保护测试仪作为继电保护装置调试检修的重要仪器,其精度须定期检测或校准。然而,检测校准的项目和测点通道较多,涉及电磁、时间、无线电等多种标准器,手动检测校准时间长。为满足计量机构快速检测校准的需求,提出一种基于LabVIEW和国际通用标准器的继电保护测试仪自动检测系统,可应用于国内外计量机构的继电保护测试仪自动检测。该系统根据预定的测试项目和测试点,自动控制继电保护测试仪输出规定的电气量,采集对应标准器的测试值,在人机界面显示测试值并自动生成测试报告,数据分析功能可根据标准要求自动对数据进行超差评估。对继电保护测试仪自动检测系统的功能、软硬件设计、仪器通信、数据分析进行说明,实现整个测试过程全程自动化,节省大量测试和报告编写时间。对继电保护测试仪的电压、电流、相位、时间等进行自动检测校准,结果表明,相比手动测试节省大量时间,扩展不确定度符合继电保护测试仪相关规范要求。
While commissioning and maintenance,as an important instrument to test relay protection devices,the accuracy of the relay test sets needs to be regularly tested or calibrated.However,there are many items and channels that need to be tested and calibrated,involving multiple standard instruments including electromagnetic,time,and radio fields.Therefore,manual testing and calibration are time-consuming.In order to meet the rapid detection and calibration requirements of metrology institutions,an automatic relay protection tester based on LabVIEW and international general standards is proposed,which can be applied to the automatic testing of relay protection tester at domestic and foreign measurement instituions.The system automatically controls the relay test sets to output the electrical quantities according to the predetermined test items and test points,collects the test values of the corresponding standard apparatus,displays the test values in the human machine interface and automatically generates the test reports.The data analysis function can perform error calculation,uncertainty analysis.The function,software and hardware design,communication,and data analysis of the automatic testing system of the relay protection tester are introduced,so as to realize the automation of the whole test process and save a lot of test and report time.The voltage,current,phase,time of the relay test sets were automatically calibrated.Compared with manual calibration,the proposed calibration method can save a significant amount of time,and meet the expanded uncertainty requirement of the relevant industry standards of the relay protection tester.
