大学生红色文化认同的实证研究

An Empirical Study of College students’ Red Cultural Identity

对安徽省内8所高校503名学生进行问卷调研以分析大学生红色文化认同现状。研究发现,大学生对于红色文化的认知与情感、行为呈正相关;组织学习与红色文化的情感呈正相关;组织学习与态度、学习行为呈正相关。高校应重视加强大学生对于红色文化的认知,培养其对于红色文化认同的情感,转变其对红色文化的态度,进一步增强其对红色文化的认同行为。

A questionnaire survey was conducted on 503 students from eight universities in Anhui Province to analyze the cur-rent situation of college students’red culture identity.The study found that college students’cognition of red culture is positively re-lated to their emotions and behaviors;organizational learning is positively related to the emotions of red culture;and organizational learning is positively related to their attitudes and learning behaviors.Colleges and universities should pay attention to strengthen-ing college students’cognition of red culture,cultivating their emotions towards red culture,changing their attitudes towards red culture,and further enhancing their behavior towards red culture.
