积极心理学视角下贫困大学生入学适应能力探究——基于安徽工业大学2020级学生的调查

Exploring the Adaptive Ability of Poor College Students in School Entrance from the Perspective of Positive Psychology--Based on a Survey of Students from the Class of 2020 in Anhui University of Technology

摘要 采用问卷调查和访谈调研的方法,对安徽工业大学2020级1 377名新生进行入学适应能力调研,其中获得助学金的学生有196名,获得过相关部门资助的学生有298名。通过对比发现,贫困生与非贫困生在入学适应上无明显差异,贫困大学生入学适应良好。高校应引导大学生构建合理的“贫困”认知,创建积极的社会环境,挖掘贫困大学生积极的人格品质,提升其入学适应能力。 This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview research to investigate the adaptability to enroll-ment of 1,377 freshmen in the class of 2020 of Anhui University of Technology,among which 196 students have received scholar-ships and 298 have received financial assistance from relevant departments.Through comparison,it is found that there is no obvi-ous difference between poor students and non-poor students in the adaptation to school enrollment,and poor college students are well adapted to school enrollment.Colleges and universities should guide college students to build a reasonable perception of pover-ty,create a positive social environment,and explore the positive personality qualities of poor college students to improve their adap-tive ability.
