糖基化在糖尿病性白内障发病中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病性白内障是糖尿病患者视力损害的重要因素,也是当前白内障病理学研究的热点。近年来,表观遗传学的研究如火如荼,乙酰化、泛素化、糖基化等蛋白质翻译后修饰过程的作用在糖尿病性白内障的研究中日益受到重视。其中糖基化是糖尿病各种症状发生发展的重要机制,许多研究表明其参与了糖尿病性白内障的病理过程。本文就糖尿病性白内障患者晶状体蛋白质糖基化的研究现状作一综述。 Diabetic cataract is an important factor of visual impairment in diabetic patients and also a hot topic in current cataract pathology research.In recent years,epigenetic research has been in full swing,and the role of post-translational modifications such as acetylation,ubiquitination,and glycosylation has been increasingly emphasized in the study of DC.Among them,glycosylation is an important mechanism for the development of various symptoms of diabetes mellitus,and many studies have shown its involvement in the pathologic process of DC.This paper reviews the current status of research on the glycosylation of lens proteins in DC patients.
