血管穿刺是神经介入治疗的第一步,安全有效地建立穿刺,并尽可能避免或减少穿刺相关并发症,是后续神经介入治疗能够顺利完成的基础。以股动脉穿刺建立为代表的不同穿刺部位的选择,既取决于患者具体病变和血管走行特点,也取决于术者个人偏好和经验。该专家共识概括了常见穿刺血管的临床解剖特点及穿刺操作要点、风险因素、并发症及其防治策略,旨在为神经介入医师提供参考依据。

Vascular puncture is the first step for neuro-interventional therapy.Safe and effective puncture accomplishment while avoiding or decreasing the puncture-related complications as far as possible,is the basis for the subsequent neuro-interventional therapy.The choice of different vascular puncture site,represented by trans-femoral artery puncture,depends not only on the specific lesions and vascular coursing characteristics,but also on the personal preference and experience.This expert consensus summarizes the clinical anatomy,operating essentials,risk factors,complications and its preventive strategies of the commonly used vascular puncture,in order to provide guidance and reference for the neuro-interventional clinicians.
