农村居民生活垃圾分类意愿与行为悖离的影响研究--基于村庄环境、村庄制度的调节效应

A Study of the Influence of Deviation between the Villagers Willingness and Behavior to Classify Domestic Waste—Based on the Adjustment Effect of Village Environment and Village System

农村居民生活垃圾分类意愿与行为的悖离,严重制约着农村生活垃圾分类治理的成效。以陕西省863个农村居民为研究对象的Probit模型,实证检验了主观规范、分类态度及知觉行为控制对农村居民生活垃圾分类意愿与行为悖离的影响,进一步探究了村庄环境、村庄制度在上述路径中的调节效应。结果表明:主观规范、分类态度及知觉行为控制均显著负向影响农村居民分类意愿与行为的悖离;村庄环境和村庄制度不仅抑制居民分类意愿与行为的悖离,在上述影响路径中也发挥着正向调节效应;农村居民的年龄和家庭人口数显著正向影响其分类意愿与行为的悖离,而受教育程度、居住时间、是否为村干部以及是否为党员显著提升其分类意愿向实际行为的转化。因此,提升农村居民的主观规范,加强生活垃圾分类态度与知觉行为控制的互补,改善村庄环境并优化村庄制度,可以有效促进农村居民生活垃圾分类意愿向行为转化,实现言行合一。

This paper takes 863 villagers in Shaanxi Province as the research object.The results show that all the subjective norms,classification attitude and perceived behavior control have significant negative effects on the incongruities of the villagers classification willingness and behavior;while the village environment and system have negative impact on the incongruities of the villagers willingness and behavior,they also play a significant positive regulatory effect in the above-mentioned impact path;the age of the villagers and the number of the family members have positive impact on the deviation of their classification willingness and behavior,while the education level,residence time,leadership and Party membership have notable impact on the transformation of their willingness to actual behavior.Therefore,improving the villagers subjective norms,strengthening the complementarity of domestic waste classification attitude and perceptual behavior control,improving the village environment and optimizing the village system can effectively turn the villagers willingness into action and achieve the unity of words and deeds.
