镇江市孵化载体量质提升策略研究

Research on strategies for improving the quantity and quality of incubation carriers in Zhenjiang city

镇江市孵化载体1998年成立,经过25年的建设发展,已经成为支撑地区创新驱动发展和现代化产业体系建设的重要力量。在区域空间布局、专业培育能力、品牌效应塑造、综合服务效能、运营管理模式5个方面与先进地区还存在一定差距,建设质量有待进一步提升。文章结合新时期镇江市坚持“产业强市、创新驱动、融合发展”三大战略对科创孵化载体的新要求,在完善空间布局、丰富载体类型、增强动力机制、巩固支撑体系、创新发展方式等方面做出调整,实现自身的高质量发展。

Since its establishment in 1998,Zhenjiang incubation carrier has become an important force supporting regional innovation driven development and modern industrial system construction after 25 years of construction and development.There is still a certain gap compared to advanced regions in terms of regional spatial layout,professional cultivation ability,brand effect shaping,comprehensive service efficiency,and operation management mode,and the construction quality needs to be further improved.In combination with the new requirements of Zhenjiang’s three grand strategy of“strong industry,innovation driven and integrated development”in the new era on the carrier of science and innovation incubation,this study has made adjustments in improving the spatial layout,enriching the carrier types,strengthening the dynamic mechanism,consolidating the support system,and innovating the development mode,so as to achieve its own high-quality development.
