数字经济视域下高校数字人才培养主题识别研究

摘要 自国务院颁布《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》以来,我国数字经济产业进入了快速发展阶段,带来新的人才需求。因此,以此为指导对我国高校数字人才培养科研成果的主题分析具有重要的现实意义。文章从CNKI数据库中选取301篇文献作为样本,通过使用LDA主题模型进行主题聚类;使用Word2Vec计算主题与规划相似度,过滤无效主题;使用共现分析提取核心主题来对我国数字经济视域下高校数字人才培养进行综合分析。从数字人才定位、数字经济的数字技术发展、高校数字人才存在的问题分析、高校数字人才培养模式4个方面分析我国高校数字人才培养的现状、面临的挑战及未来的发展方向。 Since The State Council promulgated the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Digital Economy,China’s digital economy industry has entered a stage of rapid development,bringing new talent needs.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to take the“Plan”as the guide to the theme analysis of the scientific research results of the training of digital talents in Chinese universities.In this paper,301 literatures are selected from CNKI database as samples,and subject clustering is carried out by using LDA topic model.Using Word2Vec to calculate the similarity between theme and plan,filter invalid theme.The cooccurrence analysis is used to extract the core theme to make a comprehensive analysis of the digital talent training in universities from the perspective of China’s digital economy.From the four aspects of digital talent positioning,digital technology development of digital economy,existing problems of college digital talent analysis,college digital talent training mode,this paper analyzes the current situation,challenges and future development direction of college digital talent training.
