高质量发展背景下市域产教联合体建设研究

Research on the Construction of Municipal Industry Education Cooperation in the Context of High Quality Development

高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,在此背景下,构建市域产教联合体是提高企业创新能力和人才培养质量的有效途径。本文通过分析市域产教联合体建设存在的问题,提出了从规范合作机制、优化配套政策、加强资源配置、加深校企合作、完善标准体系五个方面建设市域产教联合体,为市域产教联合体的建设提供参考。

Achieving high-quality development is the primary task in building a modern socialist country.In this context,constructing a regional industry-education alliance is an effective approach to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises and improve the quality of talent cultivation.According to the existing problems in the construction of regional industry-education alliances,this paper proposes the suggestions of the construction of municipal industry-education consortiums from five aspects:standardizing cooperation mechanisms,optimizing supporting policies,strengthening resource allocation,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and improving the standard system,in order to provide reference for the construction of municipal industry-education associations.
