高职院校“一站式”学生社区建设的探索与实践--以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice of“One stop”Student Community Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an Example

“一站式”学生社区已成为延伸育人空间、拓宽育人渠道的新场域,实施“一站式”学生社区建设是对新时代大学生思想政治教育要求的必然回应。通过实地调研发现,高职院校“一站式”学生社区建设中,存在工作机制不健全、对学生社区内涵理解不深、对“一站式”学生社区的宣传不足等问题。基于此,结合湖北工业职业技术学院的一些典型做法,从协同共治、空间打造和内涵建设等方面对“一站式”学生社区建设的实施路径进行了尝试性的探索。

“One stop”student community has become a new field to extend education space and broaden education channels.The implementation of"one stop"student community construction is an inevitable response to the ideological and political education requirements of college students in the new era.Through field research,it is found that in the construction of"one-stop"student communities in vocational colleges,there are problems such as imperfect working mechanisms,insufficient understanding of the connotation of student communities,and insufficient publicity of"one-stop"student communities.Based on some typical practices of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic,this paper attempts to explore the implementation path of"one stop"student community construction from the aspects of collaborative governance,space building and connotation construction.
