职业院校教师综合能力提升对策研究--以汽车制造类专业教师企业实践为例 被引量:1

摘要 职业院校承担着为社会和企业培养高技能人才的重要任务,而这一目标实现的关键在于强大的师资力量。当教师的综合能力达到一定水平时,他们在教育教学、专业指导和竞赛训练等方面的表现将更为出色,从而有助于提升职业院校学生的培育质量。本文以汽车制造类专业为例,以教师综合能力提升为目标,基于企业实践途径,分析当前教师企业实践现状,凝练企业实践模式,引入实践效果评价方式,形成多措并举、合理引导、三维多元考评的企业实践评价体系,有效管控教师实践行动。最后,本文从政策导向、方法突破、考核评价及文化浸润四个方面提出教师综合能力提升的企业实践对策。 Vocational colleges undertake the important task of training high-skilled talents for society and enterprise,and the key to achieving this goal lies in strong faculty.When the comprehensive ability of teachers reaches a certain level,their performance in education,teaching,professional guidance and competition training will be more outstanding,which will help to improve the training quality of vocational college students.Taking the automobile manufacturing specialty as an example,this paper takes the improvement of teachers'comprehensive ability as the goal,analyzes the current situation of teachers enterprise practice,puts foreword the enterprise practice mode,and introduces the evaluation method of practice effect based on the approach of enterprise practice,so as to form an enterprise practice evaluation system with multi-measures,reasonable guidance and three-dimensional multiple evaluation,which can effectively control teachers'practical actions. Finally,this paper puts forward the enterprise practical countermeasures to improve teachers'comprehensive ability from four aspects:policy guidance,method breakthrough,assessment and cultural infiltration.
