基于C#的西门子S7-1200PLC考核系统设计

摘要 目前PLC课程实训教学中涉及多个实训项目考核,传统考核方式以教师观察实训效果进行赋分,赋分过程随着学生数的增加会非常繁琐,造成考核过程占用较多课堂教学时间,本文以西门子S7-1200PLC实训中十字路口交通灯控制系统为例,在分析实训功能实现过程与PLC内部寄存器变化之间的关系基础上,设计程序功能实现方法,采用C#语言编写人机交互系统,实现考核过程中对功能实现进行自动赋分,有效提升PLC实训教学中考核效率。 At present,the practical training teaching of PLC course involves the examination of many practical training items.The traditional assessment method is based on teachers'observation of the training effect.With the increase of the number of students,the grading process will be very tedious,resulting in the assessment process taking up more classroom teaching time.This paper takes the intersection traffic light control system in Siemens S7-1200PLC training as an example,based on the analysis of the relationship between the realization process of training function and the change of internal register in PLC. The function realization method of the program is designed,and the human-computer interaction system is written in C#language,which can automatically assign the function in the assessment process,and effectively improve the assessment efficiency in the PLC training teaching.
