酶解辅助提取结合超滤技术分离淡竹叶黄酮 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究酶解辅助提取结合超滤分离技术在淡竹叶黄酮提取分离中的应用。方法 考察不同提取溶液、不同截留分子量的超滤膜对淡竹叶中黄酮提取率的影响,研究酶解与超滤分离淡竹叶黄酮的效果。结果 2%纤维素酶溶液加80%乙醇辅助提取再用5 kDa超滤膜进行分离,所得浸膏中黄酮含量达到182.36 mg·g-1。结论 酶解辅助超滤技术提取淡竹叶黄酮简便可行,能有效提高黄酮的提取率和分离效果。 OBJECTIVE Study on the application of enzymolysis assisted extraction combined with ultrafiltration separation technology in the extraction and separation of flavonoids from Lophatherum gracile.METHODS The effects of different extraction solutions and ultrafiltration membranes with different molecular weights on the extraction rate of flavonoids from Phyllostachys pubescens leaves were investigated,and the effects of enzymolysis and ultrafiltration on the separation of flavonoids from Phyllostachys pubescens leaves were studied.RESULTS 2%cellulase solution and 80%ethanol are added for auxiliary extraction,and then 5 kDa ultrafiltration membrane is used for separation.the content of flavonoids in the obtained extract reaches 182.36 mg·g-1.CONCLUSION Enzymatic hydrolysis assisted ultrafiltration technology is simple and feasible to extract flavonoids from Phyllostachys pubescens leaves,which can effectively improve the extraction rate and separation effect of flavonoids.
