“1+X”证书制度背景下高职药品经营与管理专业人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of Talent Cultivation Mode of Pharmaceutical Business and Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of“1+X”Certificate System

目的 针对福建医药类高职院校办学特点,对培养适应“1+X”证书制度背景下高职药品经营与管理专业人才培养进行探讨。方法 通过将1+X证书制度引入产教融合,探讨引入药品经营与管理专业对应的职业技能等级证书内容和标准,对现有药品经营与管理专业核心课程体系进行改革,重构人才培养模式,推进产教深度融合。结果 总结“二元制”药品经营与管理专业人才培养模式改革成效,提升全程职业模拟,校企共建,申报药品经营与管理产业学院获批。结论 本文从多角度探索“1+X”证书制度背景下,高职药品经营与管理专业的人才培养改革,以期提高药品经营与管理人才培养质量,适应福建地区社会经济的高质量发展。

OBJECTIVE According to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges of medicine in Fujian province,the cultivation of talents who can adapt to the“1+X”certificate system in pharmaceutical business and management of higher vocational colleges was discussed.METHODS By introducing the 1+X certificate system into the integration of industry and education,the contents and standards of the vocational skill level certificates corresponding to the pharmaceutical business and management specialty were introduced.The existing core curriculum system of pharmaceutical business and management specialty was reformed,the talent training mode was reconstructed,and the deep integration of industry and education was promoted.RESULTS We sumed up the effectiveness of the reform of the“dual system”pharmaceutical business and management professional talent training mode,improved the whole process of professional simulation,school-enterprise cooperation,and declared the approval of the college of pharmaceutical business and management industry.CONCLUSION This paper explored the talent cultivation reform of pharmaceutical business and management specialty in higher vocational colleges under the background of“1+X”certificate system from multiple perspectives,in order to improve the quality of pharmaceutical business and management talent cultivation and adapt to the high-quality development of social economy in Fujian Province.
