铁死亡的调控机制及在女性生殖系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 铁死亡是铁离子依赖性一种新的程序性细胞死亡方式,铁死亡以活性氧积聚以及脂质过氧化导致细胞死亡为特征,并受到细胞内铁代谢、脂质代谢和氨基酸代谢等多方面的精确调控,参与多种病理生理过程,既可促进也可抑制疾病的发生及进展。女性生殖系统疾病包括各种妇科疾病与产科疾病,互为因果,严重影响女性生活质量与生命健康。研究表明铁死亡在女性生殖系统疾病的发生发展和治疗中发挥一定作用。现将从铁死亡的调控机制及其在女性生殖系统疾病中的研究进展进行阐述,为女性生殖系统疾病的临床治疗提供新思路。 Ferroptosis is a novel programmed cell death modality that is iron-dependent,characterized by reactive oxygen species accumulation as well as lipid peroxidation leading to cell death,and precisely regulated by many aspects of intracellular iron metabolism,lipid metabolism and amino acid metabolism,involved in various pathophysiological processes,which can promote or inhibit the occurrence and progression of diseases.Diseases of the female reproductive system include all kinds of gynecological diseases and obstetric diseases,which are mutually causal and seriously affect the quality of life and health of women.Studies have shown that ferroptosis plays a role in the development and treatment of female reproductive system diseases.Now we will elaborate on the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis and its research progress in female reproductive system diseases,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of female reproductive system diseases.
