摘要
针对钛合金盒形件法兰区域在热拉深中产生褶皱的问题进行研究,采用数值模拟仿真与试验结合的方式,对坯料形状、压边条件等参数进行了分析,探索钛合金盒形件热拉深成形褶皱出现的原因,在热成形设备上进行试验,验证了影响因素,为消除钛合金盒形件热拉深过程中的褶皱提供了参考。
It focused on the wrinkle problem of the flange area in the hot drawing process of titani-um alloy box-shaped parts.Numerical simulation and experiment were carried out to analyze the influence of parameters on forming quality.Parameters like billet shape,holder force were ana-lyzed to explore the reasons for the appearance of wrinkles in the hot drawing of titanium alloys.Experiments were carried out on hot-forming equipment to verify the influencing factors and pro-vide suggestions for eliminating wrinkles in the hot-drawing process of titanium box-shaped parts.
