以科技招商打造科技型企业集群的路径研究--以响水县为例

Research on the path of building technological enterprise clusters by science and technology investment:taking Xiangshui county as an example

创新驱动发展战略已实施多年,各地方政府以高质量考核为目标,以科技创新指标提升为导向,在科技型企业培育、科创平台载体建设、围绕产业链部署创新链方面取得了一定的成效,为地方产业发展提供了一定的科技支撑。但是传统产业转型升级慢、企业创新能力与需求低、科技型企业培育后继乏力等问题持续存在。在此基础上,文章以响水县为例,分析地方产业发展状况,提出强化科技招商工作、打造科技型企业集群的观点,并提供科技招商工作参考路径,以期为地方科技创新工作打开新思路。

The innovation driven development strategy has been implemented for many years,and local governments have achieved certain results in cultivating technology-based enterprises,constructing scientific and technological innovation platforms,and deploying innovation chains around the industrial chain,with the goal of high-quality assessment and the guidance of improving scientific and technological innovation indicators.This has provided certain technological support for the development of local industries.However,problems such as slow transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,low innovation ability and demand of enterprises,and weak cultivation and succession of technology-based enterprises continue to exist.On this basis,the article takes Xiangshui county as an example to analyze the development status of local industries,proposes the viewpoint of strengthening science and technology investment promotion work,creating science and technology enterprise clusters,and provides a reference path for science and technology investment promotion work,in order to open up new ideas for local science and technology innovation work.
