近年来,我国逐步探索实施“揭榜挂帅”机制来激发科技创新活力。文章通过阐述“揭榜挂帅”机制的内涵及特征,结合民办高校实际情况,探索民办高校推行“揭榜挂帅”科研项目管理机制的重要性及优势,并提出民办高校“揭榜挂帅”科研项目管理机制的建议措施,旨在激发民办高校科技创新,打破技术壁垒,促进民办高校科研创作创新和发展。

In recent years,our country has gradually explored and implemented“the open competition mechanism to select the best candidates”to stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation.By expounding the connotation and characteristics of“the open competition mechanism to select the best candidates”,combining with the actual situation of private universities,this paper explores the importance and advantages of carrying out“the open competition mechanism to select the best candidates”,and puts forward some suggestions and measures on“the open competition mechanism to select the best candidates”in private universities,in order to stimulate the innovation of science and technology,break down the technical barrier and promote innovation and development of scientific research in private universities.
