长玻纤增强阻燃材料在蓄电池隔板中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 新能源车蓄电池隔板的具体要求如下:长玻纤阻燃增强20玻纤材料,拉伸强度≥60 MPa,弯曲强度≥80 MPa,缺口冲击强度≥14 kJ/m^(2),3.2 mm V-0。通过实验,在十溴二苯乙烷-三氧化二锑体系中加入15份阻燃剂时,拉伸强度87.6 MPa,弯曲强度132 MPa,缺口冲击强度17 kJ/m^(2),阻燃3.2 mm达到V-0,满足蓄电池隔板的要求。同时研究了焦磷酸哌嗪体系及聚磷酸铵体系无卤阻燃剂的阻燃特性,发现在添加25份时,上述两种阻燃剂均能满足要求。尤其是焦磷酸哌嗪体系,在150℃、700 h老化后,老化保持率仍能达到99.7%,是一款比较不错的无卤阻燃材料。但无卤阻燃剂存在老化析出的风险,因此,选择溴锑体系提供材料。 The specific requirements for new energy vehicle battery separators are as follows:long-glass-fiber reinforced with flame retardant at 20-glass-fiber,tensile strength≥60 MPa,bending strength≥80 MPa,notched impact strength≥14 kJ/m^(2),3.2 mm V-0.Through experiments,in the decabromodiphenylethane-antimony trioxide system,when 15 parts of flame retardants are added,the tensile strength reaches 87.6 MPa,the bending strength reaches 132 MPa,the notched impact strength reaches 17 kJ/m^(2),and the flame retardancy reaches 3.2 mm V-0,meet the requirements of the battery separator.At the same time,the flame retardant properties of the piperazine pyrophosphate system and the ammonium polyphosphate system were studied,and it was found that the above two flame retardants could meet the requirements when 25 parts were added.Especially the piperazine pyrophosphate system,after aging at 150℃,700 h,the aging retention rate can still reach 99.7%,which is a relatively good halogen-free flame retardant material.However,there is a risk of aging and precipitation of halogen-free flame retardants,so we choose bromine antimony system flame retardant to provide materials.
