电子健康素养发展趋势及热点探析--基于文献计量和社会网络分析

Analysis of the development trend and hot topics of e-health literacy:based on bibliometric and social network analysis

分析国内电子健康素养的发展趋势和研究热点,为电子健康素养研究提供参考和依据,以更好提升国民电子健康素养水平。文章采用文献计量和社会网络分析法,选取中国知网数据库2011年至今的187篇样本文献,使用CiteSpace 6.2.2绘制作者和关键词共现等图谱,使用Ucinet测量核心关键词。研究发现:目前,电子健康素养研究处于快速发展阶段,研究热点包括用户群体、用户健康行为和健康管理、电子健康信息、研究方法。未来可从用户群体、健康行为、健康信息质量、研究方法方面持续深化。

This paper analyzes the development trend and research hotspots of e-health literacy in China,and provides reference and basis for e-health literacy research to better improve the level of national e-health literacy.Using bibliometric and social network analysis methods,187 sample literature from CNKI Database from 2011 to the present were selected,CiteSpace 6.2.2 was used to draw the map of authors and keyword co-occurrence,and Ucinet was used to measure core keywords.It is found that the current research on e-health literacy is in a stage of rapid development,and the research hotspots include user groups,user health behaviors and health management,e-health information,and research methods.In the future,it can continue to deepen in terms of user groups,health behaviors,health information quality,and research methods.
