摘要
根据运营隧道衬砌施工缝渗漏水治理对注浆材料的要求,研究了水性聚氨酯、油性聚氨酯和改性环氧树脂的基本性能,利用室内试验测试不同注浆材料的可操作时间、体积收缩特性、浆液固化物与基面的粘结性能,评价不同注浆材料的适用性。研究结果表明,不同注浆材料在试验条件下的浆液凝结时间与标准条件下有差别;水性聚氨酯在空气中会失水收缩;不同注浆材料固化后与水泥砂浆的粘结强度不同,其粘结强度由大到小为:改性环氧树脂>室内养护水性聚氨酯>清水养护水性聚氨酯>油性聚氨酯。
According to the operation of tunnel lining construction joint seepage control requirements of grouting materials,this paper studies the basic properties of commonly used aqueous polyurethane,oily polyurethane and modified epoxy resin.Using indoor experiments to test the operability time,volume shrinkage characteristics,and bonding performance of different grouting materials with the base surface,and evaluate the applicability of different grouting materials.The results show that the slurry setting time of different grouting materials under test conditions is different from that under standard conditions.Waterborne polyurethane in the air will lose water contraction;Different grouting materials have different bond strength with cement mortar after curing,and the bond strength relationship is as follows:modified epoxy resin>indoor curing waterborne polyurethane>water curing waterborne polyurethane>oil-based polyurethane.
