摘要
为提高机制砂生产过程中产生的废弃石粉的资源化利用率,并降低高延性混凝土的材料成本,采用石灰岩石粉部分取代胶凝材料制备机制砂高延性混凝土,研究石粉掺量对机制砂高延性混凝土流动性、抗压强度、抗折强度和直接拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随石粉掺量的增加,机制砂高延性混凝土的流动性略有下降,抗压、抗折强度降低。石粉掺量为30%和40%时,机制砂高延性混凝土的极限拉伸应变显著提高,具有更优的变形能力,并具备一定的经济效益。
In order to improve the resource utilization rate of abandoned stone powder generated during the production of manufactured sand and reduce the cost of high ductility concrete,this paper used the stone powder to replace partial binding materials to prepare high ductility concrete with manufactured sand.The stone powder content on the fluidity,compressive and flexural strength and direct tensile properties of high ductility concrete was studied.The results showed that with the increase of stone powder content,the fluidity of high ductility concrete slightly reduced and the compressive and flexural strength were also reduced.However,when the stone powder contents were 30%and 40%,the ultimate tensile strain of high ductility concrete was significantly improved which has bteetr defor mablily,as well as certain economic benefits.
