降黏型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以聚醚大单体、丙烯酸为主要反应原料,设计合成了一种降黏型聚羧酸减水剂(RV-PCE),并将其与进口的较为先进的市售某降黏型减水剂(BSF)进行对比。通过凝胶渗透色谱、傅里叶红外光谱对产物的分子结构进行了表征,测试了降黏型减水剂溶液的表面张力。通过总有机碳测试了降黏型减水剂对水泥颗粒的吸附行为,并通过净浆流动度、流动度保持和Marsh时间测试了减水剂的降黏性能。结果表明,RV-PCE的分子质量稍低于BSF,具有与BSF相近的分子结构;RV-PCE具有与BSF相近的降黏效果,有着较大的发展潜力和应用前景。 In this paper,a viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer(RV-PCE)was synthesized with hexacarbon monomer and acrylic acid as the main reaction materials,and it was compared with a commercially available viscosity-reducing water reducing agent(BSF).The molecular structure of the product was characterized by gel permeation chromatography and Fourier infrared spectroscopy,and the surface tension of the viscosity-reducing water reducer solution was determined.The adsorption behavior of the viscosifier on cement particles was tested by total organic carbon,and the viscosity reducing ability was tested by slurry fluidity,fluidity retention and Marsh time.The results showed that the molecular weight of RV-PCE was lower than that of BSF,and its molecular structure was similar to that of BSF.RV-PCE has similar viscosity reduction effect to BSF,showing great potentials and application prospect.
