下穿塑料排水板处理路基顶管施工控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以广州市南沙自贸试验区合兴电力隧道项目下穿南沙港快速路段为例,通过有限元数值模拟方法建立了顶管隧道与塑料排水板处理路基的三维计算模型,对比分析了塑料排水板对顶管下穿高速公路施工的影响规律。针对塑料排水板等韧性障碍物的特点,对顶管下穿高速公路施工过程中路面沉降的控制方法进行了改进,并通过采用刀盘改装、安装止退装置等措施优化了施工方案,同时结合现场监测结果,较好地实现了破除塑料排水板、控制路面沉降的目的。该研究可为类似工程设计施工提供参考。 Based on Hexing power tunnel project underpassing the Nansha Port Express Section in Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Pilot Zone,a 3D finite element model of the pipe jacking tunnel and treatment of the highway subgrade by plastic drainage board was established by finite element numerical simulation and the influence law was compared and analyzed.According to the characteristics of the tough obstacles of plastic drainage boards,the control method was improved.The construction plan was optimized by cutter head modification and installation stop.Combined with the monitoring results on-site,the purpose of breaking the plastic drainage board and controlling the road surface settlement was obtained.The research can provide references for similar projects.
