北京中央商务区道路交通与街区环境提升技术及应用

Technology and Applications of Improving Traffic and Block Environment in Beijing Central Business District

摘要 针对北京中央商务区(CBD)的发展需求,探究了城市中心区域交通压力缓解、慢行系统优化以及智慧交通设施的设计方法;结合CBD区域交通综合治理工程,基于智能交通系统性设计和“宜商、宜居、宜旅”理念,对CBD区域道路交通与街区环境进行了改造;基于多种智能传感方法进行了全息路口、一体化信号灯、共享监管平台和综合灯杆的设计;基于生态宜居理念进行了口袋公园和慢行街区的设计;最终对治理后的CBD区域进行了交通状况调查与研究。研究结果表明,治理后的CBD区域道路平均行车速度稳步提升,交通设施覆盖率显著增加,口袋公园行人通行占比提高,充分发挥了道路集散作用。该研究成果在工程实践中得到了验证,能够给未来的智能、生态、宜居的交通建设提供借鉴经验。 This study explores alleviating traffic pressure in the city center,slow travel systems optimization,and designing intelligent transportation facilities to meet the development needs of Beijing’s Central Business District(CBD).Combined with a comprehensive traffic management project in CBD,the road traffic and block environment was improved according to intelligent transportation systems and the concept of“business-friendly,livable,and travel-friendly”;The incorporates holographic intersections,integrated signal lights,shared monitoring platforms and comprehensive lamp post were designd by multiple smart sensor methods;Based on the concepts of ecological and livable,the pocket parks and slow travel block designs were designed;Finally,a study was conducted to investigate the traffic situation in CBD after the transformation.The results indicate that the average driving speed has steadily increased in CBD,the transportation facilities has significantly improved,and the proportion of pedestrian traffic is high in pocket parks,which fully utilizes the road network.After verified by engineering practice and te research can provide valuable experience for future intelligent,ecological,and livable transportation construction.
