工程质量检测综合报告制度在市政道路工程上的应用

为进一步落实建设工程质量检测责任,促进建筑业高质量发展,江苏省住房和城乡建设厅制定了工程质量检测综合报告制度,并自2021年2月开始正式实施。工程质量检测综合报告制度的出台,实现了工程质量检测项目的应检尽检,促进了检测工作的系统化、标准化和规范化,提升了工程质量控制效能,是工程质量监督和检测工作上的重大突破和创新。以工程质量检测综合报告制度在市政道路工程上的实际应用为例,研究了检测计划、检测方案和检测综合报告的各项内容对工程质量控制的作用及对工程质量提升的深远影响。

In order to further take the responsibility for quality inspection of construction projects and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry,Housing and Urban Rural Construction Development of Jiangsu Province has formulated Engineering Quality Inspection Summary Report,which has been officially implemented since February 2021.The report has enabled the full inspection of project quality inspection,promoted the systematization,standardization and normalization of quality inspection,and improved the control effectiveness of project quality.It is a major breakthrough and innovation in engineering quality supervision and inspection.The function of inspection plan,inspection schedule and various contents of inspection reports on engineering quality control and profound impact on the improvement of engineering quality are studied based on the practical application of the report system in the municipal road projects.
