人工智能技术的快速发展,推动了高职院校现代化治理体系的转变,且贯穿于模式变革、空间迁移、结构升级的全过程。鉴于此,智能时代下高职院校治理在理念、体系、资源、工具等方面呈现新的表现,形成治理的数据要素化、方式智能化、决策精准化、服务场景化特征。智能时代下高职院校实现现代化治理,需要更新智能管理理念,供给智慧教育服务,提供UGSC教育现代化治理标准,设立“场景化”技术应用环境,完善智群治理机制。

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has driven the transformation of the modern governance system in vocational colleges,running through the entire process of mode transformation,spatial migration,and structural upgrading.In the era of intelligence,the governance of vocational colleges has shown new manifestations in terms of concepts,systems,resources,tools,etc.,forming the characteristics of element-oriented data,method intelligentization,precise decision-making,and scenario-based service in governance.In order to achieve modern governance in vocational colleges in the era of intelligence,it is necessary to update the concept of intelligent management,offer services for smart education,provide standards for the modern governance of UGSC education,establish the application environment for“scenario-based”technology,and improve the governance mechanism of intelligent groups.
