本科层次职业教育治理现代化是提升职业教育高质量发展的关键环节。技能型社会建设背景下,本科层次职业教育治理能力和治理体系现代化发展,可为技能型社会提供人力资源供给和经济产业发展服务,但同时面临治理手段滞后、治理结构不合理、治理制度供需矛盾凸显的现实困境。鉴于此,应从逻辑导向、制度保障、结构支撑、技术支持视角着手,培育多维度“创新共治”治理理念、构建多层次“协同共治”制度、打造多类型“多元共治”结构、采取多方位“联结共治”手段,探寻技能型社会下本科层次职业教育治理现代化的实践路径。

The modernization of vocational education governance at undergraduate level is the key to improving the high-quality development of vocational education.Under the background of constructing a skill-oriented society,the modernization of the governance capacity and governance system of undergraduate vocational education can provide human resources and economic and industrial development services for a skill-oriented society.However,at the same time,it faces practical problems such as lagging governance methods,unreasonable governance structures,and prominent supply-demand contradictions in governance systems.In view of this,we should cultivate a multi-dimensional“innovative co-governance”concept,construct a multi-level“collaborative co-governance”system,and create a multi-type“plural co-governance”structure from the perspectives of logical orientation,institutional guarantee,structural support,and technical support.It’s advisable to adopt multi-dimensional“joint co-governance”measures to explore the practical path to the modernization of undergraduate vocational education governance in a skill-oriented society.
