摘要
针对薄壁工件的表面及边缘人工检测测量不准确、效率低下等问题,设计基于工业云平台的机械臂自动循迹检测系统。系统以PLC为核心,经CANopen通信对X、Y伺服驱动器控制,实现了机械臂在水平面按设计的预置点自动循迹,进而实现自动测量,并可通过HMI界面进行监控管理,有效解决了薄壁工件的准确测量问题。系统不仅实现了自动循迹,而且通过边缘网关实现了数据上云,可在云平台进行测量位置的监控及测量数据分析,并进行测量点优化,提高了测量效率,具有很好的推广价值。
An automatic tracking detection system for robotic arms based on industrial cloud platform is designed to address the issues of inaccurate and inefficient manual detection and measurement of the surface and edges of thin-walled workpieces.The system takes PLC as the core and controls the X and Y servo drivers through CANopen communication,realizing automatic tracking of the robotic arms on the horizontal plane according to the designed preset points,thereby achieving automatic measurement.It can also be monitored and managed through the HMI interface,effectively solving the problem of accurate measurement of thin-walled workpieces.The system not only realizes automatic tracking,but also uploads data to the cloud platform through edge gateways.It can monitor measurement positions and analyze measurement data on the cloud platform,and optimize measurement points to improve measurement efficiency.Therefore,it has great promotion value.
