摘要
在新一轮科技革命浪潮下,各国逐渐加快职业教育数字化建设步伐,大力培育契合产业结构变革需求的数字化人才。其中,德国根据“工业4.0”对人才提出的新要求,制定了“职业教育4.0”数字化战略,稳步推进职业教育数字化转型,并在构建政策行动框架、基础设施建设等方面取得实质性进步。借鉴德国职业教育数字化建设经验,我国应进一步强化顶层设计,制定职教数字化建设战略;鼓励多方参与,共建数字化职教体系;融入数字化教学,形成数字化职教新范式;借助现代信息技术,提高职业教育评价质量;完善基础设施,营造数字化教学环境。
In the new wave of scientific and technological revolution,countries are gradually accelerating the pace of digital construction of vocational education and vigorously training digital-oriented talents that meet the needs of transformation in industrial structure.Germany has formulated the“vocational education 4.0”digital strategy according to the new requirements of“industry 4.0”for talents,steadily pushed forward the digital transformation of vocational education,and made substantial progress in building the framework of policy and implementation,infrastructure construction,etc.Drawing on the experience of digital construction in German vocational education,China should further strengthen the top-level design,formulate a strategy for digital construction in vocational education,encourage multi-party participation for constructing a digital vocational education system,and introduce digital teaching to form a new paradigm of digital vocational education.It is advisable to use modern information technology to improve the quality of vocational education evaluation and improve infrastructure to create a digital teaching environment.
