高职院校产业学院是深化职业教育产教融合的重要载体,也是建设高质量职业教育体系的内在要求。职业教育数字化转型为产业学院发展提供了新动能,在多元关系嵌入和主体协同共生等方面发挥着对产业学院发展的积极影响。在数字创新赋能下,高职院校产业学院围绕数字经济产业需求,通过探索混合所有制产业学院运行机制,搭建多元协同教学课程体系,构建无界化师资互融机制,提升科研成果转化能力等路径保障和推进产业学院可持续、内涵式创新发展。

The industrial school of vocational colleges is an important carrier for deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational education,and is also an inherent requirement for building a high-quality vocational education system.The digital transformation of vocational education has provided new impetus for the development of industrial schools,and played a positive impact on the development of industrial schools in terms of the embedding of multiple relationships and the symbiosis of subjects.Under the empowerment of digital innovation,focusing on the needs of the digital economy industry,industrial schools are exploring the operating mechanism of mixed-ownership schools and building a diversified collaborative teaching curriculum system.By constructing a mechanism for the unbounded integration of teachers and enhancing the ability to transform scientific research achievements,we can ensure and promote the sustainable and innovative development of industrial schools.
