水工隧洞大倾角斜井有轨运输系统设计及施工技术研究

摘要 本文以滇中引水工程楚雄段凤屯隧洞2号斜井绞车有轨运输系统为背景,系统阐述了绞车提升有轨运输系统的设计验算及设备选型情况,提出了有轨运输轨道施工的技术要求。此基础上建立的防跑车系统,达到了安全、稳定、可靠、经济的施工效果,取得了显著的工程效益。本文提出的大倾角斜井有轨运输系统方案可为类似水利水电工程提供借鉴。 This paper presents the design,calculation,and equipment selection of a winch-assisted inclined shaft rail transport system at the 2nd inclined shaft of Fengtun Tunnel of Chuxiong section within Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project.The technical requirements for track construction in the rail transport system are elaborated.Moreover,a antirunaway car system is established to achieve safe,stable,reliable,and cost-effective construction results,leading to significant engineering benefits.The proposed large inclined shaft rail transport system provides valuable insights for similar water conservancy and hydropower projects.
