黄浦江挡潮闸自动固定装置的探索与研究

摘要 浮箱闸门虽然被推荐用于黄浦江河口挡潮闸,但遇到台风天气时,浮箱闸门水下固定将是一个难题,严重时水的波浪力可能会使浮箱闸门移位或倾倒,威胁河道两岸的防汛安全。本文针对浮箱闸门水下自动固定装置开展探究,简要介绍了磁力吸盘的现状、自动固定装置的主要参数,总结了装置防水、控制器和预留板的技术要求,同时对其应用范围作了分析,最后提结论与建议,以期该装置能更好地服务于防汛工程。 Although pontoon gates are recommended for use in Huangpu River estuary tidal barrier,they face a challenge with underwater fixation during typhoon weather.In severe cases,the wave forces may cause the pontoon gates to shift or overturn,posing a threat to flood control safety on both sides of the river.It is an important measure to carry out the exploration and research on the underwater automatic fixation device of the pontoon gate to ensure the underwater fixation of the pontoon gate.The traditional gate is fixed through the gate pier,but it will seriously affect the navigation and landscape of the river.This paper briefly introduces the current situation of the magnetic chuck,systematically summarizes the main parameters of the automatic fixing device,and puts forward the technical requirements for the waterproof,controller and reserved plate of the device.Finally,conclusions and suggestions are provided to improve the service of this device in flood control projects.
